How long will delivery take?

Product availability, inventory location, shipping location, and courier partner's delivery timeline to your area factor into the estimated delivery time of a product. 

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charge may vary depending on the product purchased. Shipping items, at least in our case, at relatively higher costs as they are low value. When there is a nominal delivery charge, it compensates for logistical expenses in such situations.

What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us. If you weren't available when the courier partner knocked at your door, two additional delivery attempts will follow on successive days.

When will you deliver my order?

Your package will be delivered anytime between 9-6 PM. If you are not going to be able to be part of that time frame please ask someone else to receive the order when it arrives. 

How will you keep me updated on my order? 

You will receive notice at all points of your order beginning at order placement and going through order confirmation, order processing, order dispatched, order in-transit, delivery attempt, delivery, shipment, cancellation and eventual return. You will notice the status of all of your orders in the Track Order section on our website.

How will the packaging look in case of a door delivery?

We ensure the highest standards of packaging norms and deliver all our products in highly standardized carton boxes, which help ensure no damage while handling your items.
