Free Returns/Exchanges:

At Swaach, we offer a free 7-day refund/exchange option on all products. However, the product(s) must be unused with original tags and packaging intact. Note: To exchange multiple products, customers must make separate requests for each.

7 Days Policy:

You can return/exchange any product bought from Swaach for free for 7 days from your product's delivery date. After that, our team will not process your return/exchange request. 

One-Time Exchange:

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy with a one-time exchange option. Please note that exchange or return is not applicable on items that have been exchanged already.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product:

If a product you ordered arrived in poor condition, was damaged, defective, or differed from what you ordered, you can initiate an exchange request on our website within 24 hours.
