What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer the following shipping methods to cater to your needs:

Same-Day Delivery: Available exclusively within Jaipur city, ensuring you receive your orders swiftly.

Standard Shipping: Covers deliveries to all other cities, providing a cost-effective option with reliable service.

what are your shipping and return policies?

We always try to give you the best product, but if you have any quality, color or size issue we are always pleased to help you out. Here are our return and exchange policy for items purchased from SWAACH.

Free Returns/Exchanges:

If you buy any product from Swaach we gave you free 7 days refund/exchange option in case you didn’t like it. But the refund/exchange will only be excepted if the products are in unused condition, with original tags, and the packaging bag intact. And for multiple items exchange, you have to make separate requests for each product.

7 Days Policy:

You can return/exchange products that you bought from swaach for free within 7 days from the date of the delivery. After 7 days we won’t be able to accept your return/exchange.

One Time Exchange:

We have a 7 days return/exchange policy but we also have one time exchange policy. So, while exchanging your product be careful because we
don’t have an exchange/return policy for exchange orders.

Received a damaged or incorrect product:

In a situation where a product you ordered arrived in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered. you can initiate an exchange request on our website in 24 hours.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
